DISCLAIMER AND TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF CARRIAGE

This contract is subject to the laws of Indonesia, and may only be varied by agreement in writing between the company and the passenger.
Wahana Virendra reserves the right to refuse to carry any passenger or goods without assigning reason.
Verbal promises by booking agents or clerks will not be recognized by the company.
Sea conditions can be unpredictable; therefore all children and infants must be accompanied on board the vessel. Wahana Virendra will not accept responsibility should there be injury on board the boat.
Wahana Virendra is not recommended for passengers who are: pregnant, suffering from heart conditions, and suffering from serious back complaints or serious physical impairments.
Pets are not allowed onboard the ship.

Each passenger is entitled to a maximum of 2 pieces of luggage, not exceeding a total weight of 25kg.
Wahana Virendra reserves the right to inspect the contents of any luggage and can refuse the carriage of any items that are likely to endanger the vessel or other travelers.
The company accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to luggage during transit onboard the ship.
Booking Change and Open Ticket.
Re-scheduling is based on seat availability and must be made 2 days prior to guest departure for the regular season, and 4 days prior to guest departure for high season (June, July, August, December, and January).

Includes Jasa Raharja Insurance.
